Universal milling machine, Model VM-1000-G, is made of Grade I castings for fabrication of the machine. Machine table and saddle are made out of castings containing nickel, chrome, etc. Spindle is hardened and ground. All gears, shafts and screws are made out of alloy-steel. Machine head stock is fitted with lubrication system, feed gearbox is oil bath system. Other features include back-lash elimination on table lead screw, accuracy as per ISI charts, electricals of reputed make with ISI marks and Duco paint finish.
