Milling attachment for planer

Poona Udyog manufactures milling attachment for planers. The milling machine has better surface finish, less machining time, easy to machine hard materials with carbide milling cutters, less wear and tear of machine because of lower table speed. The tool post of the planer is replaced by milling attachment having ISO 40 taper. Table speed is reduced by using gearbox with motor. Reduction in machining time is of the order of 40% with respect to single point tool. By using latest technology of machining with T max cutter, results achieved are very good. The planer gets converted to plano miller.
