Vibratory Finishing Equipment

Rachana Engineers offers Vibratory Finishing Machine for mass finishing. The machine consists of one bowl with linings. Vibratory motors with eccentric weights at both ends are fitted at the centre of the bowl which generates spiral motion through vibration. The components to be processed are fed into the rubber lined bowl along with ceramic media and the finishing compound. Spiral motion creates the relative motion between the components, media and the compound to make the product brightened, super finished, deburred or polished. Various operations of metal finishing like deburring, descaling, derusting, radiusing, and finishing can be carried out by properly selecting the parameters of operations. The parameters include degree of vibration, ratio of parts and media, size and shape of media, dosing of finishing compound, initial condition of parts, duration of processing, etc. The advantages of using Vibro-Finequip over the conventional barreling/tumbling are: the process is much faster; better finishing is achieved; gentle motion to process delicate parts; and minimum maintenance. Vibro-Finequip is used for punched parts, turned pats, blankings, machined parts, die cast parts, and heat treated parts in the following industries: automobile, bicycle components, brass castings, bearings, clutch parts, keys, knives, screws, nuts, bolts, switchgear, and watch components.
