It is designed to cater precise requirements of honing application, and is manufactured keeping in view fast, accurate and precision honing for any variety of jobs, like cylinder liners, connecting rod, rocker arm, cylinder barrels, job shop applications, valve and pump body, etc. The design is compact, sturdy and reliable. The set-up time is less, making it more efficient and ensuring high productivity. The completely tooled up machine features hydraulically variable rotary and reciprocating speed, and hydraulic stone expansion; toughened and hard chrome plated guide rails to guide honing head; and shock-less and smooth sliding motion, etc. Standard features include PLC for better control of honing cycle and dwelling (jogging) facility.
