Table top honing machine

Khushbu Engineers, an ISO 9002 certified company, offers a table top honing machine Model TTH-1. It is very much suitable for components of internal diameter ranging from 3 mm to 45 mm. The design of machine is a very compact and modular. It is ideal for mass production as well as for batch production. A special braking effect to spindle is provided to reduce cycle time. Specially designed mandrels enable to achieve very high accuracy and repeatability of size within 0.003-0.005 mm. Spindle nose is fitted with 4 way adjusting chuck with micro conical adjustment. Pressure adjusting knob can be increase or decrease pressure as required even while in operation. Feed knob also can vary pressure during honing. Spindle speeds range is 300 to 1400 RPM. Size of machine is 1000 x 1000 x 6000 mm, occupying very small space.
