Spectrographic Polishing Machine-350 Di

Maksun India offers spectographic polishing machine to give high class polish to the specimen quickly for immediate spectrographic analysis. The machine has a CI plate of 350 mm dia driven directly by a high powered 3 HP motor. The disc has suction holes on its entire surface and is enclosed in a chamber connected to a high speed suction unit with independent drive. The suction generated serves the dual purpose of extracting the polishing dust as well as holding the 350 mm dia polishing disc on the entire surface of the CI plate. Additional central fixing with washer and bolt is also provided. The entire polishing machine plate is covered with half openable cover for polishing purpose. When idle the same remains covered. Two independent starters with overload relay are flush mounted with concealed fitting and wired up ready to start. For safety to the operator's hands additional extra accesory is provided as a swing arm on the frictionless bearing to hold the specimen a magnetic face having a screw pressure for the desired polish on specimen. The specimen thus can be swung across the revolving polishing disc for faster, hand safe polishing of the specimen. For removal of the specimen a screw ejactor is provided for its immediate release. A double disc version also available.
