Mitsuba Systems offers Powder Coating Machines. The value package consists of patented infiniti automatic guns, digital controllers and PLC driven reciprocators. Automatic guns are mounted on electro mechanical reciprocators. These have a user variable stroke and speed to ensure enhanced flexibility to coat a wide variety of products. The reciprocators are electrically driven via an AC geared motor giving a gentle and distinct motion. The advanced control system of the reciprocators is designed to control reciprocating speed, stroke length and multi speed operations, thus ensuring the best possible coating results. Each reciprocator can accommodate up to 8 automatic guns and this can be used even where high line speeds are employed. The smart controller automatically triggers guns on when there are work piece and switches them off in the absence of a work piece.
