Mitsuba’s Multistatic 700 Supreme powder spray gun comes with lifetime protection against high voltage failure. This electrostatic powder coating gun generates 100 kV at gun tip. Integrated gun generates 100 kV in the gun barrel. The gun has received a US Patent (Patent# 5678770) for its innovative replaceable power cartridge. In case of an unlikely event of malfunction of a high voltage generator, the user does not need to change and remould the entire barrel like other guns available in the market: just replace the power cartridge on the spot and in 5 minutes you are back to work. This saves time, money and headaches. The design of the gun assures 100 kV at the gun tip for the entire life of the gun. This assures highest coverage with lowest possible running cost. Mitsuba’s Multistatic 700 Supreme powder spray equipment also incorporates a “Smart Tracker” – a self diagnosing performance monitor, which indicates how efficiently, individual components are working. “Smart Tracker” makes the operator smart enough to self troubleshoot at the site itself and thus maintain the highest operating efficiency in the powder coating process. The standard Multistatic 700 can operate both corona and tribo guns. It consists of a controller with smart tracker, 25 kg stainless steel hopper and trolley. Mitsuba’s Multistatic 700 is ATEX as well as CE certified for safety of operator.
