Manual Honing Machine

Model MMH-1-345 from Khushbu Engineers is a low cost manual honing machine specially designed for small components of diameters ranging from 3 mm to 45 mm. Of compact, and modular design, this rigidly constructed honing machine is ideally suited for mass production as well as for batch quantity. A special braking effect to spindle is provided to reduce cycle time. Specially designed mandrels enable to achieve very high accuracy and repeatability of size within 0.003-0.005 mm. Spindle nose is fitted with 4-way adjusting chuck with micro-conical adjustment. Pressure adjusting knob can increase or decrease pressure as required even while in operation. Feed knob can also vary pressure during honing process apart from controlling by pedal. Spindle speeds are 500, 800 and 1,200 RPM. Size of the machine is 950 x 950 x 1,100 mm.
