Manual Honing Machine

MMH-l-345 is manufactured for a variety of components of internal diameter ranging from 3 mm to 45 mm. Its design is very rigid, compact and modular. It is ideal for mass production as well as for batch quantity. A special braking effect to the spindle is provided to reduce cycle time. Specially designed mandrels enable to achieve very high accuracy and repeatability of size within ODO3-0.005 mm. Spindle nose is fitted with 4 way adjusting chuck with micro conical adjustment. Pressure adjusting knob can increase or decrease pressure as required even while in operation. Feed knob also can vary pressure during honing process apart from controlling by pedal. Spindle speeds are 500,800 and 1200 RPM. Size of the machine is 950 x 950 x 1100 mm occupying very small space.
