Infinitely Variable Spindle Speed Honing Machine

Khushbu Engineers offers an infinitely variable spindle speed honing machine, Model MH-21V. It is manufactured for a variety of components of internal diameter ranging from 3 mm to 45 mm. The design of machine is a very rigid, compact and modular. It is ideal for mass production as well as for batch quantity. A special braking effect to the spindle is provided to reduce cycle time. Specially designed mandrels enable to achieve very high accuracy and repeatability of size within 0.003-0.005 mm. The spindle nose is fitted with 4-way adjusting chuck with micro conical adjustment. Pressure adjusting knob can increase or decrease pressure as required even while in operation. The feed knob also can vary pressure during honing process apart from controlling by pedal. The spindle speeds range is 300 to 1400 RPM and the size of the machine is 1000 x 1000 x 1200 mm occupying very small space.
