Hotmelt Coaters

Mahisa Electronics offers Hotmelt Coaters. These Coaters can apply any type of Hot Melt Adhesives including pressure sensitive hotmelts and adhesives with long open time. The coating roller applies a thin layer of hotmelt to the part as it passes over the coating roller. However the layer being too thin cools down very quickly and the part can be handled immediately as it exits the Coater.The Seed of the roller is controlled and variable.The coaters are offered for SHEET to SHEET coating and also for ROLL to ROLL coating. Hotmelt Coaters can be used for various applications in industries including Shoe Manufacturing, Leather Goods assembly, Foam Fabrication, Packaging, Product Labelling, Automotive interior parts, Plastics, Paper Board, Corrugated Boxes, Filters, Jewellery Boxes, etc.
