Khushbu Engineers offers Horizontal Honing Machines. It is very rigid, compact and modular. It is ideal for mass production as well as for batch quantity. A special braking effect to spindle is provided to reduce cycle time. It is manufactured as per the international standards. It is manufactured for variety of components of internal diameter ranging from 3 to 45 mm. It has specially designed mandrels enable to achieve very high accuracy and repeatability of size within 0.003 to 0.005 mm. Spindle nose is fitted with 4 way adjusting chuck with micro conical adjustment. Pressure adjusting knob can increase or decrease pressure as required even while in operation. Feed knob also can vary pressure during honing process apart from controlling by pedal. Spindle speeds range is 300 to 1400 RPM. Size of the machine is 600 x 900 x 1300 mm occupying very small space.
