Honing machine, variable speed

Khushbu Engineers offers a variable speed-honing machine, Model MH-2V. This is manufactured for a variety of components of internal diameter ranging from 3 mm to 45 mm. Its design is very rigid, compact and modular. It is ideal for mass production as well as for batch quantities. A special braking effect to spindle is provided to reduce the cycle time. Specially designed mandrels enable to achieve very high accuracy and repeatability of size within 0.003-0.005 mm. The spindle nose is fitted with a 4-way adjusting chuck with micro conical adjustment. The pressure-adjusting knob can increase or decrease pressure as required even while in operation. The feed knob can vary pressure during honing process apart from controlling it by pedal. Spindle speeds are 500, 800 and 1200 RPM. Size of the machine is 950 x 950 x 1100 mm, occupying very small space.
