Hardening & Tempering Line

Allied Consulting Engineers have developed, over the last 27 years, various furnaces and commissioned continuous hardening and tempering furnaces for leaf springs. These are walking beam/walking hearth type for hardening and conveyor type for tempering. Hardening and tempering line for bars, a unique continuous line was recently commissioned by the company. Bars are austenitised and quenched with minimum distortion level in the continuous line. The quenching medium could be either oil or water depending on the charge material.
