FINISHING SYSTEMS

Gala Precision Technology offers Finishing Systems. It is used for deburring more than 28 different types and sizes of ferrous parts, for the production rate of 600 kg of components per hour, with no manual interference. It is controlled by PLC operated panel, with options of manual operation of individual machine. It is backed with interlocks at various operations for the safety; and smaller panels at extreme positions have been provided for emergency stoppages. A CD with live demonstration of this integrated finishing system is available. It consists of: 1. Automated components loading with linear movement vibratory trolley; 2. Stock feeder; 3. VibroBenz machines (1200 ltr capacity); 3. Magnetic separators with inbuilt demagnetiser; 4. Auto dosing of deburring compound at fixed rate; 5. Conveyors for components transfer; 6. Washing cum; 7. Rust preventive spray system; 8. Online automated conveyourised drying system.
