This is ideal for component deburring, finishing and polishing applications with complete automation as a part of focus on quality enhancement and customer satisfaction. This machine is completely automated wherein parts can be loaded with loading system into the barrels and after finishing process machine is tilted to unload media and components onto separation system (screening). Separated media is reloaded in the machine with inbuilt loading system to save recurring cost and time. Finishing chemicals are automatically added into the barrels through an advanced dosing system in required quantity. PLC based control panel enables complete automation of the process resulting complete control and hassle-free finishing. Features: “G†force machine ranging from 15 to 355 liters capacity; works faster due to rotating disc hence reduces process time; easy loading and unloading and inspection of parts which results into economic efficiency; and suitable for small components. Applications: edge radiusing of formed and machined parts; removal of burrs of fine blanked parts; and polishing of ferrous and non-ferrous parts, i.e. coin blanks, chain parts, jewelry parts and many more.
