BURNISHING REAMERS

Universal Tools offers Burnishing Reamers. It is best suited for high-speed machine centers. It is available with Unimax BRF delta geometry offering super finishing in the hole with 3 cutting edges and 3 furnishing pads. The range includes from 1 mm through coolant up to diameter 70 mm, and .3 mm up to diameter 95 mm, in solid carbide. Replaceable shell reamer is offered with holders in straight shank, empty shank, BT40, BT50 and HSK design where super finish is offered. With universal super finishing, burnishing reamers finish is achieved on materials like steels, forgings, cast iron, aluminium, stainless steel, titanium and all exotic materials.
