Autostroking vertical honing machine

Khushbu Engineers, manufactures autostroking vertical honing machine to improve bore geometry of medium and heavy jobs. The spindle rotation and reciprocation is mechanical. The honing mandrels are linked with spindle by universal joint. The stroke length is adjustable depending upon the length of the job. It has very compact design with all the features of Autostroking machine having high productivity. The machine is very useful for honing large varieties of components like cylinder liners, hydraulic valves, pneumatic valves, brake cylinders, rocker arms and con rods, etc. Technical specifications (autostroking): stroking speed - 75 to 200 strokes per minute; stroking length - 100 mm max; spindle speed - 300 to 1200 RPM; chuck - 4-way adjustable; coolant system - motor 0.1 HP, tank 50 ltr, filtration multistage; dimension - L x B x H = 1100 x 715 x 1325 mm; and weight: 500 kg.
