Abrasive Flat Belt Finishing Machines

Grind Tools offers a range of abrasive belt grinding, polishing and buffing machines. This includes abrasive flat belt finishing machines. The abrasive belt runs in a fixed horizontal position on a flat work table. This machine is particularly suitable for machining and deburring of flat or curved surfaces of ferrous, aluminium, plastic components. The machine can be provided with a pneumatic belt tension system and a dust extraction system. Two models are available: FB 200 and DB 300. A 1 HP motor, the latter by a 3 HP motor, powers the former. The abrasive belt size is 200 x 2000 mm and 300 x 2000 mm respectively. The belt speed is 11/22 m/sec for both models.
