The machines can be provided with floating heads, planetary deburring heads, coolant arrangement and dust extraction. Machines are suitable for deburring of press parts, polishing of bright bars, square tubes, strips, plates. Established in 1966, Grindtools is India's leading manufacturer of automatic grinding and polishing machines. The company initially manufactured machine for tool grinding. Later it started manufacturing manual abrasive belt grinders and polishers, which soon were recognised all over the country for their quality and performance. In 1990, the company started manufacturing automatic grinding and polishing machines in a new premise. Currently it manufactures fully automatic grinding and polishing machines with the latest features, rotary indexing tables, conveyor systems, automatic compound applications, wheel wear systems, PLC and CNC controls. The company also manufactures robotic cells for polishing and buffing applications.
