Toolcraft Systems Private Limited manufactures a range of Integrated Type EDMs (electric deposition machines) also know as spark erosion machines. Salient features: close grain cast iron column and quill housing; column and co-ordinate table mounted on common cast iron base for structural rigidity and stability; fabricated base with dielectric tank; hardened and ground guideways with needle roller bearings for all axes; maximum daylight (distance between table and quill); minimal floor space requirements; minimal floor space requirements; motorised back slide movement for Model G-60i; and three flushing outlets and one suction line with quick release valves. Standard accessories: two injections, one suction, dial indicator, machine lamp, and a set of tools. Optional accessories: horizontal eroding attachment, digital readout system, adjustable collect chuck, and rotating electrode attachment. Established in 1961, the company is one of the leading manufacturers of CNC minimills and engraving machines and spark erosion machines (EDMs) in India. Toolcraft was established as an ancillary to Hindustan Machine Tools Limited (HMT) - Bangalore by a technocrat who was working in HMT as a design engineer. The company was established mainly to manufacture components required by HMT and also as a centralised heat treatment shop.
