Toolcraft Systems Private Limited, a manufacturer of EDMs (electric deposition machines), offers Equi-Energy Generators or spark generators. This supplies the spark gap with square wave pulses at the required energy level and frequency. The actual energy spent in each discharge is constant and results in stable and precise machining with superior surface finish. Additionally, the tool feed control system employs a system in which the pre-spark ignition delay is used for tool advance resulting in maximum material removal rate and low electrode wear. Established in 1961, the company is one of the leading manufacturers of CNC minimills and engraving machines and spark erosion machines (EDMs) in India. Toolcraft was established as an ancillary to Hindustan Machine Tools Limited (HMT) – Bangalore by a technocrat who was working in HMT as a design engineer. The company was established mainly to manufacture components required by HMT and also as a centralised heat treatment shop. The company also offers Large EDMs: Cantilever/Bridge Type, Integrated Type Edm, Cantilever Type ZNC EDM, CNC Wire EDM, CNC Mini Mill & Engraving Machine.
