Bending Machine for Bending in Two Directions

The Bema tube bending machine allows bending in the right and left direction in the same cycle. It is electrically and hydraulically operated and completely automatic on five axes: C-D (right bending), C-S (left bending), Y (positioning), B (rotation), and Z (horizontal translation of the head for changing the radius and bending direction). On request, the X-axis can also be controlled (vertical movement of the head for changing of the working plane). The Reverse 45-DS model can bend tubes up to 42 x 2 mm (lower plane) and up to 38 x 1.5 mm (upper plane). Four tools with various diameters can be kept mounted in order to perform several operations without retooling or making machine adjustments.
