Vertical Machining Centres

Essenes offers Vertical Machining Centres, Standard Series manufactured by Cincinnati Blue Technologies. It is available with an installed base of over 30,000 machines. It features box way construction for the X, Y & Z-axis slide motion. A choice of X-axis ranges and spindle powers are available to meet both capacity and performance requirements. Positioning accuracy is ?0.005 mm & repeatability is ?0.0025 mm. It is provided with a refrigerant system to maintain the temperature of positioning elements to ?1 degree C of the machines ambient temperature by the re-circulation of Dow Frost? through the spindle nose, around the spindle cartridge and through the centre of the ball screws. This uniquely engineered feature ensures consistent positioning repeatability to help maintain part tolerances throughout the day.
