The machine bed column and saddle are made up of Meehanite castings manufactured in-house ISO 9001 certified foundry The table measures 1400 x 550 mm with uniform table load of 800 kg. The traverse ranges are 1050 x 560 x 560 mm. For long life, the spindle is carefully assembled in dust-free temperature controlled room using high precision, angular contact, grease packed bearings. The machine use high torque Fanuc spindle and feed motor. The V-Center 105 is designed and built with structural integrity to withstand high volume production, toolroom or medium duty mould applications.
