Everising Machine Co, Taiwan, manufactures a full range of bandsaw machines. These include power bandsaw for 170 mm dia to fully automatic column type bandsaw for 700 mm dia and many other special purpose bandsaws like block/plate, structural billets. Model S-250 HA has capacity of cutting 250 mm dia rod or 200 x 300 mm square. It has hydraulically controlled dual vice clamping system with shuttle type automatic feed. In bundle cutting mode, width 140 to 200 mm and height from 40 to 120 mm can be cut. Blade speed is variable from 28 to 110 meters per minute. Blade tension adjustment is spring loaded manual, and in some models, hydraulic. It also has roller guides that serve as pre-guides to take twist out of the blades before the blade goes through the spring loaded flat carbide side guides. This machine also has standard features like preset counter with shut off and out of stock shut off. Blade feeds are infinitely variable. The quick approach arm eliminates the need for the operator to manually adjust the blade height to accommodate different sizes of material. The blade will approach the material rapidly until the arm makes contact, after which the saw begins its cutting mode. Blade that can be used on machine is 3505 x 25 x 0.9 mm. Power driven brush is provided that keeps the blade free of chips for smoother cutting. Floating shuttle vice is also available in some other models. Index length can be easily set in seconds by digital read out index with a handwheel mounted to the front of the machine. Minimum increment is of 0.01 mm and multiple indexing of 9 times. It also has idler motion detector with blade stalling and breakage shut off. The machine has unitized construction, ie, barfeed and saw are on one base for better rigidity. The other standard features are cutting fluid flushing hose for machine cleaning, worklight, free standing rollerstock table of 2 meter length, 3 sets of vertical alignment rollers on M42 B - metal saw blade and set of tools with tool box.
