Essenes offers Fixed Table Vertical Machining Centres manufactured by Cincinnati Blue Technologies. It is available for heavier workloads, more capacity and greater versatility. It is available in table sizes (width x length) mm : 635 x 1720 / 2330 / 3040 815 x 1820 / 2430 / 3140 / 4300, 1005 x 2430 / 3140 / 4300. Capacity of workload is up to 10,000 kgs. Linear scales are standard on X, Y & Z axis. Positioning accuracy is X/ Y&Z : ?0.004/0.003 and repeatability is ?0.001 mm. FTV-5 is the next generation of 5-axis machining, with integral 5-axis spindle, versatile enough to handle the demanding needs of aerospace die/ mould, heavy equipment and job shop applications.
