Double Column Vertical Machining Center

Essenes offers Double Column Vertical Machining Centres. These are available in the table sizes of 2000 x 1250, 3200 x 1600, 4000 x 1600, 6000 x 1600, 3000 x 2000, 4000 x 2000 and 6000 x 2000 mm. Fanuc 18i controller is standard for the machines. Siemens 840 D controller is offered as option. A 24-tool ATC is standard and the tool magazines of 32, 40, 50 and 60 tools are available as option. BT 50 spindle taper is standard on all the machines. The table is designed to work comfortably with heavy loads.
