Essenes offers CNC Vertical Machining Centres manufactured by Cincinnati Blue Technologies. It is an entry-level machining centre with exceptional value-for-money performance. It is available in table sizes of 700 x 520 mm & 950 x 520 mm. Fanuc 21i-MB controller with Manual Guide (i) software is provided, so the operators spend more time machining than learning complex CNC systems. It is equipped with LM guides, pre-programmable acc/dec and cylindrical interpolation for optimum contouring speed and accuracy. Automatic swarf extraction is standard. Positioning accuracy is ?0.005 mm & Repeatability is ?0.0025 mm.
