Schaublin Machines offers a CNC Vertical Machining Centre, Schaublin 150-CNC. Features: C- frame fixed column design; 8,000 or 12,000 RPM precision spindle; large capacity worktable with three T-slots for fixturing and workholding devices; high-efficiency automatic tool changer; ergonomically-designed, heavy-gage steel enclosure and coolant tank provide coolant and chip containment for a clean working environment; operator?s panel is designed to be user-friendly, especially in the placement of buttons and identifying nomenclature; and Siemens or Fanuc control unit. Specifications - table length: 1624 mm, table width: 660 mm and machine weight: 9100 kg. Accessories include: spindle, two-speed spindle drive gearbox, ATC - tool changer for 20 additional tools, swing arm automatic tool changer for 24 tools, manual type tailstock, three-jaws chuck, coolant chip flush, etc. The other models such as Schaublin 60-CNC and 100-CNC are also offered.
