Vaddigiri Factory Automation offers CNC Cylinder Block Machining Centre. This is a CNC single spindle piston boring SPM with NT tooling "Three in One" CNC SPM for high dynamics integrated with NT tool correction system for: semi-finish in forward with feed rate of 1000 mm/min; finish in reverse for boring piston bores of cylinder block; and rear chamfer. In one set-up, this machine replaces three machines, i.e., rough boring SPM, finish boring SPM and rear chamfer machine. This SPM is used for machining cylinder blocks for heavy commercial vehicles.Other machines available are CNC broaching SPM; CNC closing cap fitting SPM (38 caps on 5 faces); CNC line boring SPM for crank bore, Flexible Machining Centres, Custom Built Machines, Machine Tools (With Mechanical and CNC Flexibility), Automatic Loading And Unloading Systems, Manipulators, Gantry Loaders and High Technology Machines.
