Wire Cut EDMs

Essenes offers Wire Cut EDMs. These high-speed wires cut EDMs can cut various shapes of metal moulds and templates with Ra 1.0 µm and a precision of 0.012 mm. The machine can cut large parts, such as big taper of 90° to the maximum. It features a height of 1000 mm and length x width of 1200 x 2000 mm. It can basically replace slow speed machines. These machines are available in various configurations of table size, starting from 635 x 415 mm up to 2440 x 1330 mm. This machine uses a molybdenum wire with saponification fluid for high-speed cutting. The travelling speed of the wire is 5000-8000 mm/min. Taper cutting and processing of different shapes at the top and the bottom is possible on these machines. The PC based CNC controller has a 20GB hard disk and the software offered by BAOMA is very user friendly, with a lot of advanced features available.
