Valve Lapping Machine

Speedfam (India) offers valve lapping machine, Model VWL 900/SSM, for lapping and polishing of industrial valve parts. It is the most suitable machine to lap valve wedges and valve rings from 4"to 24"dia. with a suitable optional fixture. This machine is manufactured using Japanese technology from Speedfam Co, Japan. The machine has a 900 mm die lap plate and four work holding rings. The wedges or rings are freely loaded inside the rings. Using suitable Speedfam lapping powder and oil or lapping paste, valve wedges and rings are lapped producing flatness and a scratchless surface required for leak proof assembly. This machine is very ideal for users who want an advanced technology, higher production in minimum time and with minimum labour. The machine is useful for maintenance of valves in big refineries, petrochemical industries, continuous process plants, valve manufacturers, etc. For those who do hand lapping on valve wedges and seats, Speedfam offers suitable and very economical lapping paste in different grades in various packing sizes.
