Walsons (Precision Tools) offers Tapping Adaptors. It is used for industrial applications. It is a synchronous tapping chuck with internal coolant and used for CNC machines. This unit helps to correct the unavoidable deviations between the machine feed and the tap"s actual thread pitch during the rigid tapping cycle. Any deviations from the correct feed rate for a particular thread pitch speeds tap wear. The synchronous chucks are available in ISO, BT, SK and HSK shanks.
