Walsons & Company offers Synchronous Tapping Chucks. It is available with internal coolant on CNC machines. This unit helps to correct the unavoidable deviations between the machine feed and the tap"s actual thread pitch during the rigid tapping cycle. Any deviation from the correct feed rate for a particular thread pitch speeds the tap wear. The synchronous chucks are available in ISO, BT, SK and HSK shanks.
