Synchro-Chucks

LMT Fette offers Synchro-Chucks. It is with BILZ collet, which has the advantage of 4 mm integrated length adjustment and positive tap drive in the collet as well as of the collet itself in the chuck. There are versions for coolant pressures of up to 50 bar and also for minimum-volume lubrication. The increased length compensation of ±0.15 mm makes flawless thread production possible even on older machines with synchronised feed. The narrow body and the extended versions that are available make it easier to process deeper threads and avoid and clamping fixtures. The complete range of mountings from HSK, ABS, Capto and SK is available.
