Solid Carbide End Mills

Shiballoy offers Solid Carbide End Mills. These are premium grade end mills, used for machining of dies and moulds up to 50 Hrc. The end mills are suitable for machining at high speeds and feeds, and provide extended tool life, better surface finish and a high degree of accuracy. These end mills are produced from select sub-micro grain carbide for optimum combination of hardness, toughness and rigidity. All tools are coated with special nano PVD coating for better performance in milling hardened steel, inconel, stainless steel, die steels, aerospace and steels. Special tool designs for specific materials like aluminium and cast iron are also available. The company also offers176 stock items in more than 8 different styles including roughing, corner radius end mills, high hardness finishing end mills, extended high end mills in addition to standard and ball nose end mills.
