Pressure relief valve, direct operated

Success Hydroparts manufactures a wide range of valves for industrial applications. Direct operated pressure relief valve, type PRD, is available in sizes 6, 10 and 20 with maximum pressure 315 bar. General specifications: direct operated valve; puppet with cushion technic, avoids hammering; available as cartridge valve, threaded port connection and subplate mounted; two types of pressure setting - (a) knob without lock, and (b) knob with lock and key; and five pressure ranges of 25, 50, 100, 200 and 315 bar. The PRD valve limits pressure in the system and prevents damage of the system components. P port is connected to pressure line which is to be controlled, when the pressure in this line exceeds the set pressure, the puppet gets lifted and oil is by passed to T line. Once again when the pressure in P line reduces the puppet takes its own seat, smoothly with cushion mechanism.
