Powder Spray System

Mitsuba has introduced Sprayright 300.3 powder spray system which includes a control panel on which both the 100 kV integrated carona spray system and tribo spray system can be used. The integrated 100 kV carona gun ensures both economy in operation and high flexibility as it is compatible with the entire spectrum of commercially available powders. The tribo gun allows for optically brilliant top quality finishes as it eliminates back ionization and orange peel. The equipment is trolley mounted and includes a conical hopper wherein the last few grams of powder can be utilised. The tiltable design of the conical hopper permits easy and frequent colour changes. The Sprayright 300.3 is ideal for job coaters who require fast colour changes, high quality finishes and complete flexibility.
