Multi-Spindle Drill Heads & Tapping Heads Catalogue

Multi spindle drill heads and tapping heads catalogue for all automation stages are manufactured. The enlarged product line contains 6 different performance sizes in 2 , 3 and 4 spindle arrangement with steplessly adjustable hole distances between 9 and 195 mm and for drilling capacities from 2.5 mm to 16 mm. With the multi spindle heads with fixed hole distances, 9 performance sizes with hole distances from 7 to a maximum of 190 mm are available with a drilling range from 1.5 mm to 25 mm. In the case of rectangular housing forms, even spindle distances of up to 500 mm are available and the maximum spindle number per head can even exceed 100 working spindles. The multi spindle drill heads can be used for drilling or threading operations alternatively. To receive the respective tools, collet chucks, adjustable adapter holding fixtures, quick change drill chucks, threader chucks and rapid change systems are offered. Drill jaws and special adapters for receiving the machines can also be delivered according to customer specifications. The well rounded product line offers devices for all rationalisation stages from the application on the simple pillar drill machine to the CNC processing centre even with coolant through spindle. Depending on the application, multi spindle processing drastically reduces the processing time and lowers the production costs while simultaneously improving accuracy and quality. In most cases the relatively minor investment necessary is amortised already in a matter of a few months even in the case of small processing series.
