MINI MILL-THREADS

Samtec Tools offers Mini Mill-Threads. It is made of solid-carbide. It is meant for threading titanium and high-temperature super alloys. It allows end users to thread holes as small as 1.27 mm and is ideal for steel hardened to 65 HRC. The threading provides the following advantages compared to tapping: more accurate thread profile, threading to the shoulder of the hole, lower cutting force and shorter cycle time.
