Porta-Tools flange facer takes machine-shop precision to the field for use on "in-line" flanges. The compact and portable flange facers can ordinarily be set-up by one person in the field and may be mounted on the flange in any orientation to reface the flange to meet the desired surface requirements. The tool is strong, rigid and stable giving dependable and repeatable accuracy. A 3-point jaw set provides non-slip positioning of the centre support mast. A4 speed gear box provides automatic radial feed across the flange face, providing the operator flexibility to produce a surface finish on any material type to meet any required specification, with the optional air grinder attachment, even a mirror finish is attainable.
