Electronica is the largest exporter of CNC machines in the country, with over 150 CNC wirecut EDMs supplied across the globe. The company is, keeping in view the ever-changing needs of domestic and international markets, launching a host of new EDM models. These include: i) EMS 5030 Orbital - the most popular Electronica model 5030 is introduced in a new integrated design with compact footprint and orbiting facility in X, Y plane. The different canned orbiting cycle enables to achieve uniform frontal and lateral surface finish and higher dimensional accuracy; ii) EDM Drill ED 300 - ideally suited for start hole drilling in hardened workpiece for subsequent wirecut machining as well as for production application for drilling holes in the range of 0.3 mm to 3.0 mm dia. Both brass and copper tubes can be used as electrodes and the dielectric used is distilled water; and iii) 9060 CL - large size EDM having worktable size of 900 x 600 mm in a new machine tool design, ie, fixed table, column moving. It enables to carry higher workpiece weight up to 3 tonnes. The pulse generator up to 200 A capacity with ZNC and complete CNC versions is also available.
