Features: mechanical: 3 part design; machine structure with FC-30 casting for low deflection; X/Y guide with "Turcite" for smooth axis movement; excellent repeat positioning accuracy; X/Y guides with "V" and flat slide Z axis quill; precision ground screw and double nut for backlash adjustment; and double head travel for maximum daylight clearance. Features, generator (Mosfet): DC stepper motor with belt drive for steady sparking; motor - feed, sensitivity and speed setting variable as per job requirement; anti-arc buzzer; constant, suction and impulse flushing; adjustable dielectric flow; float switch for dielectric level auto stop; reverse polarity change over available; reverse spark possible; and safety interlocks present. Standard accessories: dial gauge, micrometer, depth switch, flushing tube - 3 pieces; "v" electrode holder, shank set - 4 pieces, quick release coupling - 1 piece; and flushing and suction pot - 1 piece. Optional accessories: 3 axis DRO, axis corrector, and ball screw for X/Y axis.
