Associated Technocrats offers Magna Series of ZNC EDMs with Fuzzy-logic control system. The system is programmable for auto machining from rough to fine finishing. The setting time for machining parameters is the shortest. Only four parameters are required to be set: the machining materials, electrode dia, elec-trode wear, and peak current. A total of 50 programs, each program can do a single step, 5 steps or a maximum of 10 steps machining parameters. With this system operator can get a total of 9600 sets of machining parameters, which can also be modified at any time during sparking without affecting the stored parameters. The machining speed is 10-45% faster than conventional models and the electode wear is the lowest. It obtains a much hotter machining surface that reduces polishing by 25%. The system auto monitors and adjusts the machining parameters in the event of poor machin-ing conditions such as arcing.
