Associated Technocrats offers CNC bed mills in different capacities. The machine body is of meehanite casting and the Model B4S has a work table size of 1,524 x 305 mm and the travel in X,Y and Z are of 900 x 460 x 520 mm. The machine has three axis, Mitsubishi AC servo drives and motors. ? ne electronic hand wheel has a least count of 0.001 mm. The Z and Y ways are square and heavy-duty type, hardened and ground. It has wear resistant Turcite ? B coating on X and Y saddle ways and gibs. Other features of this machine include three precision, double nuts, pre-loaded ball screws, hardened and ground spindle, P4 class spindle bearings, counter balancing weight, air powered drawbar, coolant system and an autolube system with alarm and timer.
