EDM Graphite Machining

ONS Engineers and Consultants undertakes CNC Machining of Graphite Electrodes with CAD/CAM facility. The company has experts trained by Toyo Tanso – Japan, and seasoned by the prestigious Indo-German and Indo-Danish Tool Rooms. Electrode machining: extremely low and even distribution of impact on cutting tools results in “superior shape machining” of electrodes; realise high speed machine by low cutting resistance (about 1/10 of metals like copper); and no burrs to remove in secondary operation. Wire-cut EDM: extremely low and even pore distribution structure, results in a “no oxide” attach which could cause wire breakage”, 2 to 3 times of higher EDMing speed (compared with conventional graphite), no warping and deforming in super small (thin) ribs machining are realised by low CTE. Die sinker EDM: extremely low electrode wear rate realises sharp corners and edges, realise no waviness on all discharging surfaces.
