Carbide Single Roller Burnishing Tools

Mech-India Engineers, manufacturer of deburring tools, offers carbide single roller burnishing tools, SRL Series. Features: low operating cost as less handling of parts; suitable for most CNC machines; longer tool life because roller is made of carbide; and very high surface finish 0.1 to 0.2 µRa can be achieved. Applications: the tool with carbide roller is suitable for all outside surfaces including ODs of shafts, taper shaft, radii, shoulders, etc., and can be used on CNC lathes, turret or conventional lathes. The turned surface can be burnished up to 0.1 – 0.2µRa. The tool, put in working position, follows the same way carried out by turning with the same RPM to obtain desired surface finish. This changes the CNC turning centre to finishing centre by using Mech-India carbide single roller burnishing tool.
