Mech-India manufactures roller burnishing tools for parts where high precision and very high surface finish is required. Burnishing Tools are available for ID, OD, Taper Hole, Taper OD, Faces, Internal & External Grooves. Mech-India also manufactures Centerless OD Burnishing Machines for Plain/Stepped Shafts. The machines are for large production of shafts. The surface finish of 0.1µRa or better can be achieved with Burnishing Tools & Machines.
